Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, and Adam Huber, among others. As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced individuals to join our talented team! Key attributes and qualities we are looking for in candidates include an entrepreneurial spirit, a best-practices methodology, highest standards for execution, and a high level of accountability. Successful candidates are innovative and solution-oriented, adaptable and resilient, and team-oriented with a lean-in attitude. We are currently searching for a high-performing Director of IT responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects across multiple locations. This role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and proven expertise in managing a variety of technology-related projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, resources are effectively managed, and risks are mitigated. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects within a multi-location organization and will be adept at handling both technical and business-facing projects. Key Responsibilities: IT Support:

Establish technology specifications and standards for computer hardware and devices.

Act as company procurement agent for hardware, devices, and software.

Review all Agreements related to I.T. procurement of hardware, software, and/or services

Lead and test all systems integrations.

Establish I.T. security and risk mitigation policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain user security profiles for major business systems.

Establish and manage I.T. Help Desk with performance standards.

Act as lead contact for software vendors.

Monitor daily system activity and troubleshoot and resolve issues expeditiously to maintain business continuity.

Ensure that the Help Desk establishes and maintains a systems problem log.

Create user reports as required and approved.

Manage and request user licenses as required.

Project Planning & Management:

Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.

Manage project risks, scope changes, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align on project goals.

Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across multiple locations, ensuring clear communication of project updates, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with department heads and IT staff to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide regular project reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that contracts, resources, and budgets are aligned with project goals.

Ensure that technical resources are allocated appropriately across multiple projects, balancing priorities and resource constraints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a multi-location company.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.

Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred), Shopify, Celigo, and EDI translation software

Proven experience in managing projects involving cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

Willingness to travel as required to oversee project execution across locations.
