The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring high-quality results from conception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering seamless and engaging events.Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, staffing, vendor relations, and budgetingWork closely with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and expectationsSource and negotiate with vendors and venuesPrepare detailed timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documentsSupervise event set-up, execution, and breakdownEnsure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulationsManage event budgets and prepare post-event reportsCollaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand standards
