We are curious and life-long learners focused on technology and innovation.Work you’ll doAs an IAM Analyst you will support service line initiatives within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. With limited supervision, provide business and technical analysis, and provide operational support for the Privileged Access Management platform (PAM) and processes. Supporting the PAM platform includes, but not limited, to following critical capabilities: Access Certifications/Reviews, Self-Service Access Requests, Automated lifecycle management, and Automated provisioning.ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day support activities to ensure operational excellence of the PAM platform including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Support in-flight access certifications and access requests workflows
Work with business and technical stakeholders to solicit and gather requirements for managing identities
Participate in the installation, integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products
Deliver process improvements utilizing Identity and Access Management platforms
Communicate aspects of the PAM service at the functional level
Participate in internal and cross-functional projects and initiatives
Participate in functional and regression testing efforts

QualificationsEducationBachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualificationsWork Experience3 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and/or operating IAM systemsSkillsAbility to solicit and document detailed business requirements
Intermediate knowledge/hands-on experience:
Full-stack operational support
MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle database technologies
Creating and running PowerShell, Bash, and python scripts
API calls utilizing REST APIs and Graph APIs
Active Directory and LDAP protocols
Windows and Linux system administration
Experience working with Cloud Service Providers including Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with Multi-Factor administration using Microsoft Azure MFA and RSA MFA
Identity Management familiarity in 1 or more of the following areas:
Single Sign On
Federation
Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
Privileged Access Management
Multi-Factor authentication
Identity Governance and Administration
Understanding of security architectures and information security best practices
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
