Work with team members to be able to understand functional business requirements and ensure that quality is delivered from the implementation team. Below are some areas, but not limited to, that resources would be able to focus on and engage in:

Triage client requests as they are received in the team's queue accordingly to Deloitte SLA's while adhering to Cyber Security policies

Analysis of ticket system to identify trends in problem tickets, which can ultimately be an underlying hardware or software issue impacting multiple users across the board

Maintains standard operations procedure documentation

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing support, leading over time to additional responsibility and leadership of functional activities

Documentation - Maintain and update documentation around processes and troubleshooting guidelines as they are updated

Quality Assurance - Testing processes and procedures to ensure proper functionality as defined by objective set forth within Cyber Security guidelines

Collaboration - Collaborate with other cross functional teams around initiatives and troubleshooting

Minimum of 1 year of professional working experience

User management and access provisioning with Active Directory

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:

Candidate must be a US Citizen working within the continental US

Preferred:

6 months of Deloitte Experience

Ability to work well within a team setting as well as individually

Eagerness to learn and grow in the area

Strong problem-solving skills

Working with others as part of a team (onshore and offshore)

Problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

Oral and written communication

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Vocational/Technical Degree (Certification)

Associate Degree, or working towards a higher education degree in some capacity

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $36,000 to $75,000.
