Maintenance Helper

Removal of trash from the exterior of all buildings, parking lot and dumpsters on a daily basis.

Clean, sweep/mop, and remove trash bags(install new bags) in both Laundry Rooms.Removal of trash from vacant apartments as needed.Help prepare and clean vacant apartments for new move-in's.Light Painting.Help Lead Maintenance Technician as needed.

Complete light maintenance tasks assigned by Lead Maintenance Technician or Onsite Property Manager.Hours - Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm.
