Description We are offering an opportunity for a Manager of Benefits in the transport industry, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role involves leading projects, managing compensation and benefits, and using HRIS systems. Responsibilities: Lead and manage various projects from identification and assessment to implementation Handle complex issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis Utilize HRIS and Microsoft products including Workday, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various tasks Maintain a strong internal and external customer focus Ensure confidentiality in all matters Apply excellent analytical and problem resolution skills to daily operations Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders Solve complex issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis Utilize skills in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Payroll System effectively Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.This is an exciting role with a dynamic organization where we have placed many candidates who have been promoted and are now hiring managers!
