In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing research team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project research while driving innovation and leveraging your expertise in U.S. lien law. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Lead and develop a team of researchers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project researchMaintain service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy benchmarks, driving continuous improvementTrain and mentor new hires while providing ongoing development opportunities for existing team membersConduct performance management as needed to support team successHold regular team check-ins to review metrics, research quality, and engagementAttend key meetings related to metrics, new customer onboarding, and research strategyOversee reporting processes for internal and external use, supporting customer communication and decision-makingManage team requests efficiently and provide transparent updates to internal stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree preferred1+ years of people management experience is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with customersAbility to adapt, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the construction industry or property research is preferredA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWillingness to play both coach and player as needed to support the team
