Lead the development and implementation of innovative generative AI solutions to enhance audit efficiency, improve data analysis, and risk assessment; ensure that solutions deliver tangible business value

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, explore emerging AI capabilities, and oversee the successful implementation of proof of concept.

Ensure alignment between product strategy and implementation, working closely with Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, and Architects to deliver tangible business value;

Develop business requirements aligned with the product roadmap and strategy; coordinate with stakeholders, the product owner and portfolio owner on requirements alignment; work with development teams to groom user stories based on business requirements and define acceptance criteria for each sprint

Research evolving generative AI technology, design and lead proof of concept projects, and develop business requirements aligned with the product roadmap

Monitor the usage and impact of AI solutions in the audit process, gather user feedback for future research efforts, and stay updated on current and emerging trends in generative AI

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of total experience with at least three years of experience in technology product management roles

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

Experience designing and development products and services for the professional services or financial services industry; proficiency working with Jira or other SDLC tools

Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with generative AI solutions

Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; strong quantitative and analytical writing and communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking skills with ability to execute on the details; ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels (200TEC)

Responsibilities Identify of fiber properties and textile products that are most likely to indicate the positive or negative impact of breeding, production, harvesting and processing on the commercial use of cotton and other vegetable fibers. Develop research plans to identify changes in quality due to breeding, production, harvesting and/or processing. Apply the principles of Life-Cycle Analysis (LCA) or similar framework to quantitatively assess the environmental and economic sustainability of developed renewable products or technologies and potential benefits. Develop and conduct research plans for the development of new or improved fiber quality measurements of value to stakeholders. Develop stakeholder relationships to conduct technology transfer activities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Basic Requirements for Agricultural Engineering Series, 0890/ and Mechanical Engineer 0830: Degree: Engineering.
