We are hiring for a position with our Textbook Sales Team in our Books division. Reporting into the Textbook Sales Manager, you will work with account representatives, sales lead administrators, customer service and marketing. You will be a team player who will support the current special sales business, and participating in other special projects. This position is remote.Closing date: September 26, 2025What you’ll be doing:Managing sales leads, entering data into SFDC, liaising with appropriate sales rep, tracking results, and running reportsAssisting Sales Reps with transmitting, troubleshooting, and tracking ordersSupporting eBook sales fulfillment, working with Vital Source, Redshelf and other aggregatorsPartnering with Customer Service for resolving issuesCoordinating sending out print and digital review copies with Customer ServiceAssisting the Textbook Sales Manager with creating detailed, data-driven reports using SalesforceWorking on special projects such as but not limited to assisting in ongoing initiatives to drive Inclusive Access sales in higher education marketCoordinating regular team meetings and follow-up
