Server: Bayona is team service-oriented. front and back servers split tips 50/50 after bar and host tip out. Previous service experience preferred, however we are willing to hire and train motivated individuals with less experience.

Bayona was opened in 1990 by Regina Keever and Chef Susan Spicer. Located in a 1769 Creole cottage in the heart of the romantic French Quarter, New Orleans. Chef Susan Spicer and Bayona have gained recognition around the world for our award winning food and hand curated selection of fine wines and spirits. Awards include 1993 James Beard Award for Best Chef South, and 2010 induction into the James Beard Foundation's Who's Who of Food &Beverage in America.
