Opportunity for someone who is great at interacting with guests w/ light bartering and cashier experience. Additional responsibilities can include cleaning/ bar dishes, daiquiri prep, and inventory based on daily needs. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a positive, enthusiastic attitude with attention to detail and interest in growing within the hospitality/restaurant industry. Willing to train the right person with no experience necessary. Pay with tip pool averages $16-$22 per hour, ranging higher on weekends. Will need ability to work Monday-Wednesday 4-10pm and some weekend & swing shifts (4pm-10pm for nights 10am-4pm mornings, 12-6/8pm for swing). Starting pay $10/hr +tips (tip pool eligible after training).
