Destination bar, well known for high-quality, scratch-made food selection, is seeking fresh leadership for our busy kitchen. Ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food, great ideas to grow an established brand, and the ability to streamline operations for a small staff to maximize production while maintaining quality and consistency.
At minimum, Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the following:
Hiring, Firing, & Scheduling
Food Costing & Inventory Control
Inventory, Ordering & Shopping (Clean driving record a must!)
Opportunities to grow in this position are dependent on applicants experience and ambition. Pay will be based on experience and tailored job description.
