Our country club is seeking an executive chef who knows how to teach a crew and lead them to accomplish the vision.
We need someone who enjoys creating new menus each month, ordering in line with appropriate food costs, and showing the team how to execute them properly.
Banquet and special events experience is preferred.
HACCP certification is required.
If you can not only cook with expertise, but also have the ability to map out the big picture and set goals, we want to hear from you.
If you just want to sit behind a desk all day, this is not the right fit, as this is an active leadership position. There's a team in place, but the ship needs its captain.
