Responsibilities include:
Customer service: Greeting customers, making recommendations, and handling payments
Drink preparation: Mixing drinks, garnishing, and developing recipes
Knowledge: Understanding alcohol pairing and tastes, and knowing how to apply laws and in-house rules
Inventory: Managing inventory and monitoring bar costs
Cleaning: Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and safe.
