Seeking a person with advanced wine knowledge , management experience and an unjaded passion for the restaurant industry- as well as one who prides themselves on understanding hospitality and anticipating guests needs. It is imperative that the candidate is highly organized and a self starter.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, while delivering the level of service that our clientele has come to expect.
He / she Must be able to wear a lot of hats necessary for a 100 seat dining room-
Occasionally Bartending , selling wine , hosting and reservation spacing , managing a mix lunch and dinner shifts ( mainly dinner) and having some computer proficiency.
