Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have a love for cooking, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a line cook position, preferably in a bistro or casual dining environment.
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required.
