Job Description
TPC Louisiana is a par-72, 7,399-yard championship course open to the public located in Avondale, Louisiana. TPC Louisiana is home to the state's only PGA TOUR event, the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. TPC Louisiana's beautiful 24,000 square-foot Clubhouse serves as a focal point for dining, hospitality, and relaxation. Banquet facilities are perfect for business meetings, gatherings, and dining after golf tournaments and corporate outings.
TPC Louisiana is currently seeking a Part-Time Morning Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. This critical position performs basic methods of food preparation, portion control and sanitation.
Responsibilities include:
Prepping food products
Cooking/baking food orders
Plating food in accordance to TPC Standards
Following established safety procedures
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Prior experience in a food service capacity, preferably in a club or fast paced environment
Great attitude
Team player
Very customer service oriented
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Dependability
At least 18 years of age
