Must have:
Strong Communication Skills
Responsive Problem Solving Skills
At least 6 years in hospitality
At least 3 years in management
Knowledge of spirits and wine
Strongly Prefer:
Experience expediting or familiarity with BOH
Experience with prix fixe or fine dining service
Experience in HR procedures
Nights and Weekends a must
40 hour work week
2 Weeks Paid Vacation
Off Thanksgiving and Christmas
