We are seeking a part time office manager with experience in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. We work with the film industry, kids, and schools; so, an interest in film/education is a plus. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.
Duties
Keep track of all time sheets
Organize and keep records of student attendance
Manage all paperwork and Employee requests.
Manages Team email
Maintain voicemail
Ensure company protocols are being followed
Maintain company calendar
Maintain website updates
Maintain office records
Attend company events
Take notes during office meetings
Maintain office supplies
Maintain office expense cards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role like a production/stage manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and vendor management
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
