Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our corporate paint parties. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with businesses, understand their event needs, and present our venue as the perfect solution for their corporate gatherings. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach potential corporate clients through various channels (phone, email, networking events, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
Present and promote our corporate paint party offerings to prospective clients
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client satisfaction and event success
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients post-event to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the event or hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A great personality with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
