We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and capable maintenance man with a broad base of knowledge to help with upkeep and repairs on a few different French Quarter nightclub properties. These buildings are currently occupied and need continuous low-level maintenance as well as some work on small to medium scale projects on occasion.
Experience needed:
Carpentry
Hardware
Plumbing
Electrical
General Maintenance
some HVAC
Must have own tools. Part time, possibly full time work available.
