We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager PAS-X to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and optimization projects for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PAS-X MES projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standardsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools and methodologiesCoordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project completionIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on trackConduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholdersManage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materialsEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycleCollaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and customize PAS-X solutions to meet their specific needsOversee system testing, validation, and documentation processesFacilitate knowledge transfer and training for client teams on PAS-X functionalitiesContinuously improve project management processes and methodologies
