Eaux is a southern creole restaurant, previously in the Old Port, reopening in Portland's East End and is looking for a Chef de Cuisine. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, punctual, ingredient-driven and a great communicator looking for an opportunity to lead a kitchen in a bustling Portland neighborhood. Experience is required, but we are open to a discussion for a candidate looking to make a jump from a Sous Chef position. This is a salaried position and is slated to begin sometime between March and June of 2024. Benefits include the following;
