Lark hotels is seeking a full or part time Guest Experience associate for our property, Captain Fairfield Inn. Located within walking distance of downtown Kennebunkport, Captain Fairfield offers the area a truly boutique hotel. Become part of our hard-working crew, enjoy a positive work environment, interact with guests and participate in all aspects of property operations! This is also an excellent opportunity to learn about the hospitality business.
When you are at the hotel, you will be the primary representative of our boutique brand. Shift tasks include: guest reservations (phone and online), hospitality and concierge service, checking guests in and out, washing and folding laundry, housekeeping, some breakfast prep and other tasks related to the daily operation of the property. We will of course provide training.
Reliability is an absolute must. The right candidate will be friendly, hard-working, forward-thinking, detail-oriented and trustworthy, open to receiving feedback while working independently and as part of a team, and be able to make thoughtful judgment calls with guest needs and requests. Must be able to lift 35lbs.
Familiarity with Kennebunkport, its culture, events and geography is a bonus.
Schedule: To be determined but will will include weekend and evening shifts.
Start Date: Immediately for training.
