The Corner Pub in Kittery seeks a skilled Cook to join our team. We are a fun, community-focused casual dining Pub in Kittery’s Foreside neighborhood. We serve lunch, dinner, late-night menu, plus brunch on Sat, Sun and Mon. Learn about us and see our menu at www.cornerpubkittery.com
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook a variety of pub-style dishes
· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
· Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
· Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Working Conditions: The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods of time and working with hot equipment and sharp knives. The position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, up to 40 hours per week full-time. Will also consider part-time for the right candidate.
