Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including all cooking equipment.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional food service to clients.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Experience
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques are essential.
Familiarity with dietary department guidelines is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
