Responsibilities Introduce and perfect delicious, elevated Pub fare menu selections, including burgers, steaks, seafood, beef short ribs, etc. Document and then follow recipes and presentation specifications Ensure inventory is accurate for ordering Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Adhere to all sanitation and food production guidelines Clean and maintain station, practice responsible safety and sanitation Restock items as needed throughout the shift, ensure Prep is 100% ready for service. Qualifications 5-10 years’ experience in commercial restaurant kitchens. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, a strong team player with great communication skills, and the ability to be flexible, positive and willing to jump in where needed.
