A few requirements for the position,
Experience with fresh pasta making and saute cooking preferred but not required
Strong focus on organization and cleanliness
Ability to work late nights and weekends
Able to stand for 10 plus hours
Be reliable and punctual
Have a positive attitude and communicate effectively
Work with a sense of urgency
Full-time preferred
Competitive compensation, including kitchen appreciation, based on experience. Quarterly performance reviews will also take place with the Chef/Owner.
