We’re a college bar and a very busy boiled crawfish restaurant in the middle of Lafayette, Louisiana.
Crawfish season here runs from late December through early June, which lines up almost exactly opposite of lobster season. Because of that timing, we’re always looking to connect with experienced seasonal workers who may want steady employment during the lobster off-season.
For the upcoming crawfish season, we’re hiring boilers and sorters (our “Boil Pit Krewe”). We provide housing, flights and training, and pay is negotiable depending on experience, starting at $25/hr including a room in shared house. If you can run the boilers with minimal oversite, we can pay you more. You can work 40-hr weeks plus some overtime.
Winter and spring are great times to be in Louisiana — the weather is mild and festival season is in full swing — making this a fun and rewarding seasonal placement. Leave the harsh winter and come to the bayou!
