The Rockland Subway is now hiring energetic, motivated, and customer focused individuals to join our team. Days, nights, and weekends required. Our tips structure can add 1.50-2.75 per hour on average to your base pay depending on the shift and number of hours you work. Our staff is averaging 17.00-18.50 an hour. There are numerous advancement opportunities for those wanting to progress quickly. Prior restaurant experience helpful but not necessary. Opening and closing positions are available and your pay will increase quickly regardless of how long you have been with us if you advance to one of these positions.
