Hello, CÔNG TỬ BỘT is hiring! We are a small and weird Vietnamese restaurant whose primary goal is to somehow make restaurant jobs more sustainable (emotionally, physically, and financially) for the majority of people that work in it (ie not just the owners and management). We’re trying to do this in a myriad of ways that are tangible and intangible and if you’re interested in this job we’d love to tell you all about it.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A dishwasher person able to work nights on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Approximately 20-24hrs/wk.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
- This job starts at $15.50-16.50/hour DOE and qualifies for a full share of tips. Tips generally add an additional $7-$13 per hour.
- Staff are paid bi-weekly
- Paid sick leave up to 50hrs
- We practice consent-based scheduling, which means we never schedule you for anything you haven’t explicitly agreed to :)
- CTB staff are unionized and if hired, you would be required to join
