Smalls is a vibrant all day cafe/ marketplace in Portland's West End, open 7 days a week.
We actively support each other while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
We are looking to fill a part time 3-4 shifts/ week (25-28 hrs/wk) barista position ASAP.
A mix between am and pm shifts
Business Hours are Sun-Thu 8-6 & Fri-Sat 8-8
50% Off food 25% Off marketplace items.
Smalls is Hiring:
An Experienced Barista
-2+ years experience required
-This role would include 3-4 barista shifts.
-Must be comfortable with direct customer interaction.
-Some weekend availability is a must.
-Team player, kind and respectful with staff
-Pooled tips + $15/hr ($24-$30 after tips!)
