Tops’l Farm is a farm retreat & campground in mid-coast Maine. We believe in the importance of stepping outside the hectic pace of day-to-day life and spending time in the woods with close friends and family.
We are hiring for our house & cabin cleaning team for Summer 2024would you be interested in learning more? We are looking for someone who likes to work independently (with the chickadees and chipmunks!), takes pride in their work and loves organization and making spaces pretty. Mostly looking for a reliable individual with a joyful attitude who would like to be a part of a growing team.
Key Requirements
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
Solid references
Mid-Week Schedule
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Reliable transportation
Experience managing online calendars, working on a team, cleaning & organizing spaces.
Responsibilities
A keen eye for the guest experience - clean and arrange guest rooms/cabins to Tops'l standards for guest arrival
Clean and maintain event barn, yurt space & bathhouse
Perform laundry duties as necessary
Stock and maintain housekeeping inventory
Report any cabin/property damages or repairs needed to management
Report all lost and found items to the Manager
Available for Weekly & Monthly team meetings
Ability to learn our online calendar management system
Our Team
This is very much a self-driven position and candidate should be expected to work autonomously for most of the season.
Schedule
About 25-30 hours a week. Can set a schedule within Mon-Thursday that works best for you.
