Off Track Pizza is a new pizza shop opening soon in Portland’s Old Port, and we are ready to start hiring.
Here’s what we need.
Pizza Cook: someone who can throw dough, control the board, and get bread. This is New York style pizza; sauce on top Chicago marinara casserole lovers need not apply.
Sandwich Architect/Engineer/Builder/Craftsperson: we haven’t settled on the official title, and we’ll probably just call you by your name, but we are looking for someone who sees fresh baked focaccia bread and wants to stack, stack meats, stack cheese, stack veggies, and stack checks.
Front Counter: I’ll be honest, this place is owned by a couple of ugly dudes, and we can’t be up front scaring the tourists, so we are looking for people that can greet the guests, run the register, handle the food when it’s ready to be served, and probably sell some branded sweatshirts to out-of-staters that can’t believe the temperature dips below 70 in Maine.
