We're looking for one additional farmer! Participate in all aspects of growing, harvesting, washing & packing beautiful, Certified Organic, vegetables and herbs.
No specific farm experience necessary. Respect for working outside in all weather, and using one's full body and mind every day is a must.
We love what we do, are a current collection of experienced farmers and new folks, and look for at least one person to join us for employment. We will consider:
A part time position - Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7am-4pm
or
A Full Time position - Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Position could start immediately with an end date around November 1st.
Availability for occasional Saturday work from 7am-12pm may be requested, but is not a mandatory element for hire.
We are a detail oriented crew, and you would be joining us while we are in the thick of our busy portion of the season. We:
- Ask for patience and the ability to be taught and learn a bunch of details in a short time period.
- Expect a desire to work with a crew that truly does function as a team (everyones work impacts one another).
- Expect the ability to gracefully take feedback on a daily basis.
