The Property Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs on rental properties, both in common areas and within units.
Primary Essential Responsibilities:
1.Provides general maintenance and repair for the community. Duties include but are not limited to, cleaning, painting, lawn care, snow-removal, replacement of lights, plumbing, electrical work, roof repairs, HVAC system maintenance, appliance evaluation, and repair
2. Responds to all resident request service calls as directed by the supervisor.
3. Regularly assess the property for safety.
4. Removes and repairs damaged drywall, floor tile, sheet vinyl, ceramic floor tile, and plywood as directed.
5. Keeps supervisor informed of activities and identified/potential problems. Brings forward solutions.
6. When the supervisor assign, schedule and ensure all vendor work is completed correctly.
7. When required, respond to weather and environmental-related emergencies, such as snowstorms, floods, and fires.
8. Maintains a working knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and regulations. Completes and submits all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
9. Available to respond to emergency maintenance repairs after regular working hours and able to respond to the property within 30 minutes of receiving notification.
10. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all residents, families, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay based on experience $22.00-$25.00 per hour
