About the Role
This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

Most work is located within 15 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.
Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Painting, patching, water damage remediation, light construction, general repair & troubleshooting.
Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.
Schedule:
Option 1: Mon-Fri 7:30 - 4:00PM with mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed
Option 2: Tues-Sat 7:30 - 4:00PM with optional overtime

We offer complete property management/maintenance service for primarily commercial properties. Managing healthcare facilities is one of our specialties and our staff is properly trained to work in this unique environment.
