We have an immediate PART TIME opening for a hard working, self motivated individual for Summer / Early Fall Help at our properties & business: We have multiple buildings, lots of grounds and yard maintenance that need tending to in the summer and early fall. We are looking for someone to assist with some of the following duties. Below are some examples:
SOME of the duties we are looking for help with: Mowing - Several acres of lawn with commercial riding mowers. Shrubs & Flower Gardens - Shaping, Trimming, Mulching & Installing Some New. Weed Retention & Weed Whacking. General Exterior Cleaning & Assistance. Power Washing - Buildings, Patios & Equipment. Auto, Trailer & Equipment - Cleaning & Power Washing.
Must be 18+ Flexible Schedule & Hours. Weekends off. No Rainy Days. Must have valid driver's license and own transportation (All Properties are within a 5 miles distance of each other). Must be able to follow instructions and work unsupervised. Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds without restrictions.
