We are a leader in our market.Description:We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our in-office team full-time.Oversee lobster processing and production in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) roomSupervise the cooking, butchering, picking and freezing of lobsters and lobster meatManage temp employees labor and hoursInspect work to uphold quality control standardsRecord inventory daily on various SKUsMust have a valid driver's licenseEnforce all worker safety and food safety standards and protocolsComply with FDA, HACCP, and OSHA regulationsThis is a temporary position that will run from the hire date through 12/31/25.Physical Demands:Able to lift 15 pounds frequently and 50+ pounds occasionallyAble to stand on feet for the duration of the shiftAble to twist, bend, and kneel during shift as neededFull Time Benefits:100% paid employee healthcare after 60 days100% paid dental after 60 daysGroup vision availableLong term disability after 60 days401(k) Plan & Match - 100% match on your first 3% and 50% match on your next 2% of contributions.
