Rough & Tumble is looking for a few new members to join our production team in Brunswick, ME. As our web presence has grown we have developed the need to expand our support staff in our cutting and finishing areas.
The perfect person for these positions are detail-oriented, organized, can go with the ever changing flow of a small company and assist where help is needed on a daily basis.
These are full time positions.
Necessary training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Working with leather in the cutting department and finishing department
Qualifications:
Must thrive in a fast paced work environment
Excellent hand eye coordination
A keen eye for detail
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Experience working with a fast-paced consumer company
Excellent communication and time management skills
Professional yet friendly demeanor and tone
Must be a quick learner who is always willing to learn a new skill
Includes: Reaching, bending, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
