Our small office is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role.
The responsibilities for this position are outlined below. However, additional tasks and duties may be assigned and created as the employee becomes acclimated to our business and responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Pleasant phone demeanor
Excel at following detailed instructions with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering all incoming calls
Weekly timecard entry and review for errors and inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
Accurately input and continually update job/client information, transactions, and other relevant data into the company’s database.
Maintain, update, and organize physical and electronic files and records.
Create jobs using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
Manage social media platforms and monitor and respond to messages on social media, Instagram, and Facebook postings
This position would be three days per week (Wednesday through Friday) but could be extended to more hours if the candidate has the appropriate skill set.

Candidates will be tested on Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop.
