This Family-owned Registration Agency is seeking to hire a Part-time office employee (maybe 2) for an entry level
position. Don’t be shy if you don’t have a lot of office experience or experience with registrations, we will train the right person, who we feel would be a great fit!
We operate in a casual office environment with our high-performance small team and want to bring
on another agent who will fit in and thrive while we grow our team.
Our office experiences both slow and fast-paced days. This role requires an individual who can
adjust to those workflow fluctuations. They must be comfortable answering incoming phone calls
(as well as making outgoing calls), working on a computer while navigating different programs /
applications or emails that the business utilizes.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Answering incoming calls & calling customers. (No cold calling)
2. Responding to voicemails, emails, or the occasional fax.
3. Sorting/processing incoming mail. (USPS, UPS, and or FEDEX)
4. Mailing out registration and license plate orders.
