We buy and source high-quality, unique products from Maine and away, and over 60% of the sales in our markets come from products that are grown or produced in Maine.
We are looking for team members who are passionate about food and community to join our team in the following location: Falmouth
In this position, you can expect to:
Work hands-on primarily with produce to maintain quality and selection and department splendor.
Engage and educate our customers about what makes our local products so unique and special.
Collaborate with co-workers on stocking, packing, and merchandising projects to create a consistent and curated experience across our markets.
Applicant Must-Haves:
Schedule availability to work from 7:00 AM - 2:00 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
A passion for all food but especially local food.
Strong hospitality, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to give, receive, and apply feedback.
A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. cartons or bags frequently.
Ability to stay standing and active for the duration of shift.
Ability to lift, twist, squat, and reach frequently.
