Overview
The role has a base pay of $17.50 per hour plus commission. You have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on having successful interactions with homeowners and also based on homeowners meeting with Venture Solar for a free consultation at their home.
If you feel that the three characteristics listed above sound like you, then you will be successful at Venture. We have a proven process that consistently creates successful solar salespeople, and we will spend time working with you to develop your skills.
We are looking for hungry and motivated people to join our team. In this role, you'll be a part of a team within various Home Depot locations around the area. Your initial job will be to engage with customers as a trusted expert and approach homeowners in order to generate leads and schedule a FREE estimate. There is also a direct path to promotion to become an in-home solar salesperson.
