Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and installations
- Assist in all aspects of construction, including demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all work
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in general construction or carpentry preferred (willing to consider applicants with less experience who are eager to learn)
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on a variety of project sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
