Looking for a 30 to 40 hour a week subcontractor. I have a remodel to do starting early november in Westbrook, Also I have a New Construction small Cedar Roof with copper valleys on Falmouth Foreside starting mid November. Spring of 2025 I have a remodel on the waterfront in Harpswell. I am looking for a reliable, dependable, carpenter that does quality interior trim, and isn’t afraid to get up on a roof. Typically I don’t do much roofing but I like the challenge of installing a cedar roof. Must have at least 2 years experience toolbags and the basic tools. Must work well with others, well alone, and at a steady pace. Liability an a Indendent Contractor Statement from the state, which they made really easy to get online.
