Hiring a skilled laborer! Laborer will be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites for the renovation of existing buildings and the erection of new structures and buildings. Primary duties include but are not limited to: unloading and loading materials, general clean-up, demo, assisting carpenters and other construction site workers. Basic carpentry when needed if laborer is capable.
CONSTRUCTION LABORER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in the building and renovation of structures for commercial apartments, businesses, retail, assisted living facilities, and other construction sites
2. Assist with demolition activities
4. Be able to lift 50+ lbs
5. Keep work areas clean and free of debris sweep, etc.
6. Prepare construction sites by removing debris and eliminating potential hazards
7. Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
8. Help other craft workers with their duties
Must be familiar with construction safety practices
Must have access to reliable transportation
