Seeking a talented and motivated Construction Laborer with residential and commercial experience. Our ideal applicant has a track record for being reliable accompanied by a solid work ethic and a professional attitude.
Position Duties:
Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications
Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures
Waste Remediation
Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Be able to work over time if needed
Strong references that will support your work history
The ideal candidate has a 10 hour OSHA certificate. At least one year of construction experience. Commercial demolition experience is a plus. Must be reliable, and be able to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail and focus on safety and quality is required.
Compensation is based on experience, background, and references.
