Arcadia Design Build is a custom design build firm emphasizing in upper end Kitchen and Bath remodels. We are a full design build firm, so we do perform all types of projects. We are looking for talented craftspeople to join our dynamic group. We provide a collaborative environment and encourage all types of input to continue improving at all times. We realize our team and company culture are our most important strengths. Even though we work outside, during the cold months we do everything to keep warm. Picture shows a recent job we prepped for the winter, this project will be heated.

We require
3+ years of carpentry experience – frame to finish – ideally residential experience included
Basic hand tools
Attention to fine details
Ability to think outside the box during problem solving
The ability to communicate with PM and customer effectively
