DescriptionSAIC has a need for a Program Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Hypersonic Weapons & Munitions Integration, Branch in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interface with operational users to gather requirements for improvement of JTCG/ME ATD software; specifically the JMEM ( Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manuals)Weaponeering System (JWS), Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE), and Collateral Effects Library (CEL)

Participate in Operational User Working Groups (OUWG) and Hands on Reviews (HORs) to guide discussions and evaluate software

Support the development of Reach back Analysis packages by performing Quality Control (QC) and translation of engineering analysis results into operationally relevant materials

Support the JTCG/ME review of relevant Policy and Guidance documentation

QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Targeting area with demonstrated knowledge of the Advanced Target Development process and development of Electronic Targeting folders

Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the areas of Weaponeering, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA)

Foreign Military Sales experience required

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Military experience in the targeting area

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the evolving areas of hypersonics and global strike with emphasis on developing targeting packages, weaponeering, and CDE

Knowledge and experience in Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS :

Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level or higher.

US Citizenship is a requirement at this location.
